FABRICATION SUPERVISOR (Boilermaking and piping)

Responsibility:

Organize and control manufacturing activities
Maintain team cohesion and motivation
Assess and develop employees' skills
Control the quality and compliance of the work carried out Propose and support organizational transformation actions
Establish monitoring and management reports
Respect the rules of quality, hygiene, health and safety and environment.
Demonstrade rigour and discipline

Experience : Minimum 5 years in the field of general mechanics and fabrication,

Profile : Hold a BTS, BT, or BEP in general mechanics

Have a good knowledge of welding, boiler making and able to work on machine tools
Able to work under pressure
